When we started out, we were tired of the same story: a plumber turns up, charges just for knocking on the door, then hands over a bill nobody agreed to. Our neighbours in the Eastern Suburbs deserved better than that.

What does “no call-out fee” actually mean?
It’s the fairest way we know to price plumbing — and it’s the heart of how we’ve earned 2,576 five-star reviews. Here’s exactly how it works.

So what exactly does “no call-out fee” mean?
It means you pay nothing for us to arrive and assess the job. Many plumbers charge $80–$150 just to knock on your door. We don’t. You only ever pay for work you’ve approved.
How do I know the price before work starts?
After we’ve looked at the job, we give you a fixed, written quote on the spot. You approve it before we begin. The number you agree to is the number you pay — even if the job takes us longer than expected.
Are there hidden charges for parts or after-hours?
No. Your quote includes labour, parts and GST. For genuine emergencies we’re upfront about any after-hours rate before we start — never buried in the final bill.
What if I get a quote and decide not to proceed?
That’s completely fine. There’s no obligation and no charge for the visit. We’d rather you feel confident than pressured.
